1 Cup Butter2 Medium Leeks1 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Quart Homemade Chicken Stock1 Tablespoon Cornstarch4 Cups Yukon Gold Potatoes2 Cups Heavy CreamIn a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add leeks, 1/2 teaspoon salt & 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
