Add fish and prawns to the mixture and stir to combine well, allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Combine shallots, chilies, ginger & garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to form a smooth paste. Heat oil in a saute pan and cook the paste for three minutes, or until very fragrant.
