4 Ribeye Steaks0.5 Pound Unsalted Butter1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Shallots1 Teaspoon Fresh Sage1 Teaspoon Fresh RosemaryIn a bowl, add butter, garlic, fresh herbs, salt and black pepper and mix well. Place butter mixture in the center of a plastic wrap and roll into a 1-inch log. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until butter log becomes solid.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
