1 Cup Water3 Tablespoons Milk1 Tablespoon Butter2 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream0.25 Teaspoon Garlic Salt0 To Freshly Ground Black Pepper0 Snipped Fresh ChivesSeparate cauliflower into florets and then chop core finely.In a pan, add water and bring to a boil. Add cauliflower, reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered for about 12-15 minutes or until very tender. Drain cauliflower completely and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients except chives and with a potato masher, mash till mashed potatoes-like consistency is achieved.Garnish with chives and serve.
