0.75 Pound Smoked Kielbasa2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar1 Teaspoon Honey0.25 Teaspoon Salt0.125 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper1 Small Boston Lettuce4 Portuguese Crusty Bread RollsCover the gas grill and preheat to high heat for about 10 minutes. Now, reduce heat of grill to medium. Lightly, grease the grill grate. Cut each kielbasa into 4 long sections crosswise and then cut in half lengthwise. In a large bowl, add vinegar, oil, mustard, honey, horseradish, salt and black pepper and beat until well combined. Reserve half of the vinaigrette in a small bowl.Add lettuce in the bowl of remaining vinaigrette and toss to coat well. Place rolls over grill and cook, covered for about 2 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Arrange buns on a platter, cut sides up. Coat cut sides of top halves with reserved vinaigrette. Place lettuce over the bottom half of each roll.Again, grease the grill grate lightly. Place sausage over grill and cook, covered for about 3-4 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Remove sausage from the grill. Place 2 sausages on top of lettuce over each roll. Cover with top halves of the rolls and cut each sandwich in half crosswise.
