Lightly coat the steak with olive oil and generously rub the spice mixture over the entire roast. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigreator for at least 1 hour, if not 24 hours. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill steak for 10 minutes, flip and grill for another 10 minutes. Transfer the steak to a cutting board, and loosely tent with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Carve into strips with the grain.
