Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs2 Cloves Garlic2 Boneless Anchovy Fillets2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Cracked Black Pepper1.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.33 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese0.25 French Baguette2 Large Heads Romaine Lettuce0.5 Cup Shredded Parmesan CheesePreheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, add egg yolks and beat well. Add garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, then beat until well combined. Slowly add 1 cup of olive oil, beating continuously until incorporated. Cover and refrigerate. Slice baguette into ¼-inch slices on the bias. Arrange slices evenly on large sheet tray. Lightly coat with olive oil, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. Bake for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Meanwhile, core lettuce and trim the top 1/2-inch off the leaves. Chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
Arrange lettuce onto serving plates and drizzle with prepared dressing, shredded Parmesan, and 2-3 toast points.
