Ingredients:
2 Cups Boiling-Hot Water3 Tablespoons Instant-Espresso Powder0.5 Cup Sugar3 Tablespoons Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur4 Large Egg Yolks0.33 Cup Dry Marsala1 Pound Mascarpone1 Cup Chilled Heavy Cream36 Ladyfingers1 Unsweetened Cocoa PowderIn a shallow bowl, add boiling water, 1 tablespoon sugar, espresso powder and Tia Maria and stir till sugar is dissolved completely. Keep aside to cool.In a metal bowl, add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, egg yolks and Marsala and beat until well combined. Arrange the metal bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, beating with a whisk continuously. Carefully, remove bowl from heat. Add mascarpone and beat till just combined.In another large bowl, add cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone mixture and gently, fold to combine. Dip each side of all ladyfingers into coffee mixture. Arrange 18 ladyfingers in the bottom of a 13x9x3-inch baking dish in 3 rows. Place 1/2 of cream mixture on top evenly. Arrange remaining ladyfingers over cream mixture in 3 rows. Top with remaining cream mixture evenly. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Refrigerate, covered to chill for at least 6 hours. Remove from refrigerator and keep aside at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with more cocoa powder and serve.
