Place flour in a shallow bowl and dredge the chicken into it. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the chicken in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to a plate, cover with aluminium foil and set aside. In the same pan, warm the remaining brown the remaining chicken. Place that chicken under your foil tent as well. Lower the heat to medium and saute the bacon for a couple of minutes to render out some of the fat, then add the mushrooms to the pan. Saute until brown and liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Add Marsala to the pan and boil for 25-30 seconds. Add the chicken stock and let it reduce for a minute. Stir in the butter and return the chicken to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and parsley. Serve immediately.
