Ingredients:
4 Cups Cooked White Rice10 Ounces Button Mushrooms2 Tablespoons Butter1 Shallot1 Jalapeño Pepper0.25 Cup Marsala Wine1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce1 Teaspoon Salt0.25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black PepperIn a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Add shallot, jalapeño pepper, salt and black pepper and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Stir in marsala wine and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and cooked rice. And serve hot.
