2.5 Cups Corn Meal2.25 Cups Chicken Stock0.75 Cup Fresh Lard1 Teaspoon Baking Powder2 Teaspoons SaltCombine cornmeal with 2 cups of chicken stock and mix well. Set it aside.Add lard in a bowl and beat for 1 minute. Add half of the masa and blend again. Stir in 2 tablespoons of stock and the remaining masa. Blend again until fluffy.
