In a bowl, combine cauliflower florets, 2 tablespoons olive oil, red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and toss to coat well. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping once. Meanwhile, add faro and 3 cups of water in a medium pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Drain well and transfer to a bowl.
