0.5 Cup Dry Red Wine4 Pounds Beef Short Ribs0.25 Cup Soy Sauce2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil3 Cloves Garlic1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperIn a glass bowl, add all ingredients except ribs and mix until well combined. In a shallow, non-metal baking dish, place the ribs and marinade. Coat the ribs with marinade generously. With a plastic wrap, cover the baking dish and refrigerate for about 8 hours.Preheat grill for indirect grilling. Remove ribs from marinade and grill for about 1-1½ hours, flipping every 15 minutes. (You can coat ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking).Remove ribs from grill and serve immediately.
