1 Store Bought 9-Inch Pastry Shell12 Slices Bacon1 Cup Swiss Cheese1 Medium Red Onion4 Large Eggs2 Cups Heavy Cream0.75 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.25 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar0.125 Teaspoon Cayenne PepperPreheat oven to 425 degrees. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, fry bacon until crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. When cool enough to handle, chop bacon.Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion into pastry shell.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell.Bake 15 minutes.
