0.25 Cup Pine Nuts4 Cups Baby Arugula1 Clove Garlic1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves1.5 Teaspoon Sea Salt0.75 Cup Olive Oil1 Medium Shredded Rotisserie Chicken1 Pound Rigatoni Pasta2 Large Plum Tomatoes1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.25 Cup Parmesan CheeseIn the bowl of a food processor, process pine nuts, arugula, garlic, basil and 1 teaspoon of salt.
