Braised Carrots & Grapes Recipe | PT35M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.5 Pound Baby Carrots 1 Tablespoon Butter 0.25 Teaspoon Salt 0.5 Pound Red & Green Seedless Grapes 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 0.25 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 0.5 Tablespoon Parsley In a large pan of boiling water, blanch carrots for about 5 minutes. Drain the carrots and keep aside. In a pan, melt butter and stir in carrots and salt. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally. Add grapes, brown sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine. Increase heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with the garnishing of parsley.
