0.5 Pound Baby Carrots1 Tablespoon Butter0.25 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Pound Red & Green Seedless Grapes1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar0.25 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon0.5 Tablespoon ParsleyIn a large pan of boiling water, blanch carrots for about 5 minutes. Drain the carrots and keep aside.In a pan, melt butter and stir in carrots and salt. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally. Add grapes, brown sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine. Increase heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with the garnishing of parsley.
