Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Sugar0.5 Cup Fajita Seasoning2 Tablespoons Hungarian Sweet Paprika2 Racks Of Pork Spareribs1 Cup American IPA3 Cloves Garlic1 Tablespoon Honey3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce1 Tablespoon Prepared Brown MustardIn a small bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar and fajita seasoning. Season meat well on all sides. Transfer to a resealable bag, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In small bowl, combine IPA, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Set aside.Tear off 2 sheets of aluminum foil. Place a portion of ribs (meat side up) on each sheet.Divide about 1/2 of the beer mixture over each rack of ribs, and with a BBQ brush evenly sauce the surface of the ribs. Place another sheet of foil over each one. Tightly seal the edges to make 2 foil pockets. Arrange the rib packets, on a large sheet pan and bake for 3 hours. Carefully open the pockets and transfer the meat dripping to a saucepan. Set ribs aside.Over medium-high heat, simmer drippings for 5 minutes until thickened. Brush sauce over ribs and broil for 5 to 7 minutes.
