Avocado Aioli Recipe | PT10M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Avocado 0.25 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice 3 Cloves Garlic 0.5 Large Jalapeño 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper In a food processor, add avocado, yougurt, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt and black pepper and pulse until smooth. Transfer the aioli into a bowl with the reserved pit (to prevent browning) and refrigerate, covered for about one hour.
