1 Hamburger Bun0.5 Green Bell Pepper0.5 Small Onion2 Tablespoons Butter0.125 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper1 Thick Bologna Slice1 Tablespoon Mustard1 Bold Cheese SliceIn a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper and seasoning until tender. With a slotted spoon, transfer vegetable mixture to a plate. In the same skillet, add bologna and fry for about 1-2 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, cover with cheese and cover till the cheese is melted. Spread mustard on the bottom bun, top with bologna patty and sautéed vegetables. Cover and serve.
