Bologna Burger Recipe | PT30M Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 Hamburger Bun 0.5 Green Bell Pepper 0.5 Small Onion 2 Tablespoons Butter 0.125 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper 1 Thick Bologna Slice 1 Tablespoon Mustard 1 Bold Cheese Slice In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper and seasoning until tender. With a slotted spoon, transfer vegetable mixture to a plate. In the same skillet, add bologna and fry for about 1-2 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, cover with cheese and cover till the cheese is melted. Spread mustard on the bottom bun, top with bologna patty and sautéed vegetables. Cover and serve.
