Slowly, add milk and melted butter and mix until well combined. With your hands, knead until a non-sticky dough is formed. Place dough onto a floured surface and flatten into a rectangle. Sprinkle with garlic powder and mix dough again. With a plastic wrap, cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
