4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter2 Yellow Onions2 Cloves Garlic2 (28-Ounce) Cans Diced Tomatoes1 cup Vegetable or Chicken Stock1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt1 Tablespoon Balsamic VinegarIn a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat and cook onion and garlic for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining butter, oregano, tomatoes, stock, paprika and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
