Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt until blended. In a stand mixer on Medium speed, beat eggs and buttermilk until combined. Use a dough hook attachment and gradually beat flour mixture into egg mixture and blend until just moistened. Add butter and beat mixture into a dough ball. Place dough ball into prepared pan evenly.Use a paring knife to lightly score the dough ball into quarters.
