Smart Recipes, Asian Recipes, Seafood,Grains Recipes, Recipes Seafood,Grains Asian Quick Nasi Goreng Quick Nasi Goreng Recipe | PT30M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 Cup Dried Anchovies 2 Cups Rice 12 Prawns 4 Eggs 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Belacan Shrimp Paste 1 Tablespoon Homemade Chilli Paste 1 Medium White Onion 2 Cloves Garlic 2 Shallots 4 Thai Chilies 1 Tablespoon Anchovies Stock Granules 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil 0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok and add fry the eggs till firm. Set aside. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the wok and add sauté prawns for three to four minutes, or until pink. Set aside. Sauté anchovies in another 3 tablespoons of oil until they are golden brown. Set aside. Add garlic and the remaining oil to the wok and sauté it with onion until it is golden brown. Stir in stock granules along with a dash of water. Cook for another 30 seconds. Add rice to the to the mixture and stir fry for 1 minute. Add shrimp paste, Chili paste, Thai chilies and soy sauce to the rice. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Stir in the anchovies. Season and serve with prawns, and a fried egg.
