Black & Tan Glaze Recipe | PT35M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.25 Cup Guinness Stout Beer 0.25 Cup Pale Ale 5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 2 Teaspoons Corn Starch 1 Pinch Salt 1 Pinch Pepper In a pan mix jalapeno, brown sugar, beer and salt and pepper. Bring to boil over high with constant stirring. Whisk in a corn starch slurry once the beers are boiling. Bring heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes until the glaze thickens.
