This version of steak stroganoff sears beef sirloin and Crimini mushrooms with a gorgeously rich sauce made with beef stock, Worcestershire, sour cream and plenty of parsley. Serve with buttered noodles.   Smart Recipes, Eastern European Recipes, Beef Recipes, Recipes Beef Eastern European Steak & Mushroom Stroganoff Steak & Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe | RecipeSavants.com PT1H15M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Pound Sirloin Beef 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Large Onion 2 Tablespoons Paprika 1 Tablespoon Hot Paprika 2 Cloves Garlic 12 Ounces Crimini Mushrooms 10 Ounces Low Sodium Beef Stock 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 8 Ounces Sour Cream 1 Small Bunch Of Italian Parsley Add beef, flour and 1 tablespoon of paprika to a sealable bag. Shake to coat beef in flour mixture. Saute beef cubes in a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook till just browned. Set aside. In the same non-stick frying pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil and saute onion for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and paprika and saute for another minute. Increase heat to high, stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return meat to vegetable mixture, add stock and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and most of the parsley.
