0.5 Cup All Purpose Flour1 Pound Sirloin Beef2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Large Onion2 Tablespoons Paprika1 Tablespoon Hot Paprika2 Cloves Garlic12 Ounces Crimini Mushrooms10 Ounces Low Sodium Beef Stock1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce8 Ounces Sour Cream1 Small Bunch Of Italian ParsleyAdd beef, flour and 1 tablespoon of paprika to a sealable bag. Shake to coat beef in flour mixture.Saute beef cubes in a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook till just browned. Set aside.In the same non-stick frying pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil and saute onion for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and paprika and saute for another minute. Increase heat to high, stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Return meat to vegetable mixture, add stock and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and most of the parsley.
