Best BBQ Pulled Pork SandwichPT6H35M Serves 12 Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 3 Tablespoons Paprika 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt 7 Pounds Pork Shoulder Roast 2.5 Cups Southern Style Apple Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce 2 Cups Backyard BBQ Coleslaw 12 Cup Kosher Dill Pickle Spears 12 Hamburger Buns In a bowl, combine dry mustard, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Rub the pork with spice mixture generously. Refrigerate, covered overnight. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Arrange the pork in a roasting pan, cover with both plastic wrap and aluminum foil (you want a very tight seal) and roast for about 6 hours. Remove pork from oven and transfer to a large platter. Allow the meat to rest for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the roasting pan over medium heat. Add 3/4 cup of water and with a wooden spoon, scrape the browned bits from the bottom. Reduce by half. Add Southern Style Apple Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. With 2 forks, shred the meat. Combine pork and half of the BBQ sauce mixture. Stir to combine. Pile pork mixture on the bottom bun and top with coleslaw. Cover and serve with pickle spears and remaining barbecue sauce.
