1.5 Teaspoons Olive Oil1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds1 Pound Ground Beef Or Pork1 Cup Onion2 Teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 Tablespoons Chili Powder0.5 Large Green Bell Pepper0.25 Pound Spanish Style-Style Chorizo Sausage10 Ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies0.5 Teaspoon Dried Oregano1 Clove Garlic0.25 Tablespoon Salt & Black Pepper15 Ounces Pinto BeansIn a pressure cooker, heat oil over high heat and sauté cumin seeds for about 20 seconds. Add ground meat in batches and cook till browned completely, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Stir in 1 cup of onion and water and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pressure cooker. Stir in cocoa powder and chili powder. Add bell pepper and chorizo and top with the can of tomatoes. Secure the lid and place pressure regulator over the vent pipe. Bring to high pressure. Reduce the heat to maintain high pressure. Cook for about 4 minutes. Use the quick-release method to release pressure. Uncover the pressure cooker and stir in oregano, garlic, salt, black pepper, and simmer, uncovered for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and cook till heated completely.Serve hot with the garnishing of your favorite topping.
