3 Beets0.33 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 Tablespoon Butter0.5 Cup Fresh Parsley0 Salt & Ground Black PepperPreheat oven to 450 degrees.Arrange beets onto a roasting pan and roast for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer into a bowl. Slowly, add milk and with an immersion blender, mash beets completely.
