8 Pounds Pork Butt Roast1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder0 To Taste Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper2 Bottles Barbeque SauceSeason pork with garlic powder, salt and black pepper generously. In a 4-6-quart pressure cooker, place pork roast. Add enough water to cover the roast. Secure the lid and place pressure regulator over vent pipe. Bring to a high pressure. Reduce the heat to maintain high pressure. Cook for about 1 hour. Use the natural release method to release pressure. Uncover the pressure cooker and drain liquid, reserving about 2 cups into a bowl. Transfer pork into a large bowl and with 2 forks, shred it. Add barbeque sauce, the desired amount of reserved liquid and mix well.
