1.5 Cups Beef Stock1 Cup Dark Beer1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce1 Pound Shaved Pastrami1 Large Loaf Of Crusty Bread0.5 Pound Swiss Cheese0.25 Cup Spicy Mustard8 Dill Pickle SlicesPreheat the broiler to high. Slice the loaf of bread into quarters.In a small sauce pan, combine the beer, stock and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in pastrami, simmer till heated through. Set aside pastrami, while reserving au jus.Arrange 4 slices of bread onto an ungreased baking sheet, coat with a thin layer of mustard, and top with a mound of pastrami, a few slices of cheese and a sliced pickle spear. Cover each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, and bake in the preheated broiler for about 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey. Server with reserved au jus.
