4 Buttermilk Waffles8 Chicken Wings2 Cups Buttermilk2 Teaspoons Hot Sauce2 Teaspoons Worcestershire2.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour4 Tablespoons Cornstarch3 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt2 Teaspoons Paprika2 Teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt1 Tablespoon Onion PowderPlace wings in resealable plastic bag. In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and pour over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.In another bowl, mix salt, cornstarch, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, flour, and onion powder.. Add 2 tablespoons of marinade to the mixture and mix well. Remove chicken from bag and mix in flour until coated.Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. Arrange wings on 1 pan and refrigerate. Set other pan aside.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and fry wings in batches until browned. Transfer wings to plate line with paper towels to drain.Prepare waffles according to associated recipe. Set aside.Transfer wings to sheet pan and warm in oven until all wings are fried.Top waffles with butter and arrange 2 wings on each one. Drizzle with syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
