5 Large Egg Yolks0.75 Cup Granulated Sugar1 Cup Heavy Cream2 Cups Whole Milk1.25 Cups Bourbon0.25 Cup Spiced Rum0.125 Teaspoon Sea Salt1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract1.5 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg2 Cups Homemade Whipped CreamIn a blender, add yolks & sugar and blend until creamy. Add cream, milk, bourbon & rum. Blend well to combine. Blend in salt, vanilla & 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.Divide eggnog among 6 mugs. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and remaining nutmeg.
