Ingredients:
4 Cups Heavy Cream1 Vanilla Bean1 Cup Granulated Sugar6 Large Eggs8 Cups Hot WaterPreheat oven to 325 degrees.In a large saucepan, mix vanilla bean & caviar, and heavy cream. Set on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Turn of heat, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove vanilla bean and set mixture aside.In a large bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until pale yellow. Stir in cream and mix until blended. Pour into 6 ramekins and arrange into cake pan. Pour enough water into pan to cover bottom half of ramekins.Bake 40 to 45 minutes in center of oven. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with remaining vanilla sugar. With a kitchen torch, heat topping until melted and golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
