Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.In a large bowl, add mozzarella, ricotta, 3/4 cup of Parmesan, eggs, herbs, garlic powder, salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.In a pan of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.Stuff each shell with cheese mixture evenly.Spread 1 jar of sauce in the bottom of prepared baking dish evenly. Arrange shells over sauce in baking dish, seam side up in 2 layers. Top with remaining sauce evenly and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
