Smart Recipes, American Recipes, Pork,Eggs Recipes, Recipes Pork,Eggs American The Spamaholic Burger The Spamaholic Burger Recipe | PT10M Serves 1 Ingredients: 0.33 Cup Canola Oil 1 Extra Large Egg 4 Slices Texas Toast 0.25 Pound Lean Ground Beef Burger Patty 4 American Cheese Slices 2 Ounces Spam 2 Cripsy Bacon Strips 0.25 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper In a large cast iron pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil until hot but not smoking. Place 2 cheese slices between 2 slices of texas toast and cook in the heated oil, about 2 or 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining slices of cheese and bread. Set aside. Season the burger with salt and black pepper evenly. And, in the the same cast iron pan, cook burger for about 3 minutes on each side. Set aside. Add another 2 tablespoons of oil, and saute the spam until it is crispy. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick saute pan with a 1 teaspoon of oil and fry the egg until the whites are set, and the yolk is still runny.
