0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.5 Cup Blasamic Vinegar3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce1 Pizza Crust Dough1 Cup Pizza Sauce1 Cup Ricotta1 Cup Parmesan1 Cup Mozzarella1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes1 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Cracked Black Pepper1 Cup Fresh Basil LeavesPreheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat 2 sheet pans with 1 tablespoon oil each and set aside.In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix vinegar and Worcestershire and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.On a floured work surface, divide dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a circle. Place 2 circles on each prepared sheet pan.On the bottom half of each circle, spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce and top with 1/4 cup each of ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. Season each with 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper. Add 1/4 cup of basil and drizzle with 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze.Gently fold each calzone into a half circle and press down the edges. Roll edges uptight and use a fork to seal. Brush with remaining olive oil and use the tip of a knife to make 2 steam slits in each calzone. Bake until crust is golden brown & crispy, about 15 minutes.
