My good buddy Jason at AmazingFoodMadeEasy.com has made this awesome video series on preparing your Thanksgiving feast with a Sous Vide machine. I have just watched a few videos and I am HOOKED they are great.
I am going to see how I can tweak my standard brined turkey to be prepared in Sous Vide. Give his video course a shot, you will be glad you did. If you think the Sous Vide is only for professional chefs, let me set you straight. It is a great appliance that has a home in the home kitchen. I just have ordered mine!
